Charleston firm, Pepper & Nason is the 2025 winner of the Distinguished Pro Bono Law Firm award.

Attorneys Emmett Pepper and Andy Nason volunteered 65 hours screening clients for bankruptcy suitability and representing those clients, when appropriate. Additionally, Andy Nason has been a long-serving member of Legal Aid of West Virginia’s Board of Directors, where he is the outgoing President. 

This award is presented annually by the West Virginia State Bar and Legal Aid of West Virginia to honor law firms who have made significant contributions to pro bono publico.
