Legal Aid of West Virginia (LAWV) is a nonprofit law firm serving all 55 counties in West Virginia. Our mission at LAWV is seeking fairness and equal access to justice through legal services, advocacy, and system change. We fulfill our mission through our staff: attorneys, non-legal advocates, and support roles who work together to ensure dignity and equal justice is available to all West Virginians, not just those who can afford it.
