Angela Beblo, Legal Aid donor and volunteer

Angela L. Beblo, a Member at Jackson Kelly, has built a distinguished career in litigation and bankruptcy while calling West Virginia home for nearly 20 years. Beyond her legal work she’s deeply involved in her community, coaching youth volleyball, volunteering at local organizations, and enjoying the beauty of the Mountain State.

Angela’s support for Legal Aid of West Virginia (LAWV) stems from her belief that, “Access to legal representation is essential not only in the courtroom, but also in everyday legal matters that profoundly impact people’s lives.” From wills to guardianships and adoptions, she values the peace of mind LAWV provides to all West Virginians who may otherwise feel overwhelmed by the legal process.

One of Angela’s most memorable LAWV experiences was attending the grand opening of its statewide headquarters in Charleston this January. She observed a powerful show of unity among judges, attorneys, officials, and community members. “Witnessing that collective support for equal access to the law was truly inspiring and heartwarming.”

Angela encourages others to get involved, “Every hour counts. Every dollar counts. Supporting LAWV – whether through a monetary donation or pro bono service – will have a profound impact on someone’s life.”

Through her work with LAWV clients, Angela has seen firsthand the powerful difference donors and volunteers can make. Join Angela and fellow LAWV supporters in expanding access to justice across West Virginia. Help stabilize lives, strengthen families, and uplift communities with a gift today.
