Although this was shared previously this information identifies a new resource for anyone who has a concern about any DHHR program. It is called the “Office of Constituent Services”.  The office has been operational since January and is an outgrowth of a smaller “client services” office limited to DHHR’s Bureau of Children & Families. The current Office of Constituent Services covers all of this for ALL DHHR services. Anyone may contact the office (providers, residents, families, ombudsmen). Someone from the office will look into the situation and provide a response.
