Jennifer Greening, Director of Human Resources and Operations

Jennifer Greening, Director of Human Resources and Operations

Jennifer moved to West Virginia in 1997 and has come to love the Mountain State. She joined Legal Aid of WV in 2022 as Director of Human Resources and Operations, with more than 13 years experience in human resources.

She graduated from WVU-Parkersburg with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, and obtained her SHRM-SCP certification in 2017. She has been teaching the SHRM Certification class at BridgeValley Community and Technical Center since 2019.

Most recently, she worked for a non-profit in Jackson County assisting individuals with disabilities.

She lives in Jackson County with her husband and daughter, and she has two grown sons.
